If you are not satisfied with your web hosting account for any reason, you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account signup date and receive a full refund of the charges associated with your account.

After 30 days, if you are not satisfied with our hosting services, you may cancel your account and receive a pro-rated refund for any time (days) remaining on your account.

We are sorry but setup fees and domain registration fees do not apply to the refund. We must pay these fees ourselves and have no way of obtaining the money spent on these.

Refunds do not apply to accounts that have been closed for violating our Terms Of Service.
