Phase 1 – Discovery and Communication
Objective:
Communication and understanding of the prospective client’s needs. We completely understand the importance of clearly understanding the client’s needs and wish to best provide the “dream” the customer wishes to attain through our web development solution.
Discovery Process
We come to understand each project individually and come to discover together, with the prospective client, the needs and desires of their future on the web, as an individual or an entire company. We attempt to go beyond simple processes into a dynamic realm that we can help the client experience with us. This may include:
- Business evaluation practices. Simple questions and study diagrams to help us fully understand your business and the need for an interactive web site.
- Proposal and examples, showing you our objective with your company the deployment of the initial web site – usually models and/or diagrams.
Communication
We believe that understanding and communication are the keys to a great client relationship. We hold communication to the highest standards and believe that it helps us give you the ability to see exactly what is involved in our web design process.
We believe that all client’s should be expected to see the following documents before any initial work is began on their web site:
- Requirements Listing
- Breakdown of Website (Flowchart/Graphical)
- Schedule of the Project – Beginning and End
- Payment Information (Due Dates/Total)
- Contract/Agreement
